About

Refreshing and citrusy, created at the South Side Sportsmen's Club on Long Island. A cousin of the Mojito and the Gimlet, drier than both. Mint is gently muddled before shaking. Soda water is an optional finish in the glass, not an ingredient for a sealed shaker.
