Singapore Sling
Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Cherry liqueur15 ml
- Cointreau7.5 ml
- Bénédictine7.5 ml
- Pineapple juice120 ml
- Lime juice15 ml
- 10 ml
- Angostura bitters1 dash
- Ice

Pineapple slice and cherry

Method
- Shake everything with ice, hard, so the pineapple foams up.
- Strain into the tall glass over ice.
- Finish with the pineapple wedge and the cherry.
About
