Gimlet
Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Lime juice20 ml
- 15 ml
- Ice

Thin lime wheel floating

Method
- Shake the gin, the lime juice and the syrup with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Finish with the thin lime wheel floating on top.
About
It comes out nearly clear, with a very faint green. Short, tart and direct; the gin shows up more than in a tom collins, because there's no soda to dilute it.
