Dirty Martini
Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Dry vermouth10 ml
- Olive brine15 ml

Three olives on a pick across the rim
Description & Prep
Same as the dry martini, with the olive brine going into the mix. Stir it all with ice in the mixing glass, strain into a chilled coupe and add the three olives on a pick. The brine makes the drink salty and a little cloudy, but it stays translucent. Adjust the amount to your taste; 15 ml is a good place to start.
