Dirty Martini
Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Dry vermouth10 ml
- Olive brine15 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Three olives on a pick across the rim

Method
- Put the gin, the dry vermouth and the brine in the mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until properly cold.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and add the three olives on a pick.
About
Same as the dry martini, with the olive brine going in. It makes the drink salty and a little cloudy, but still translucent. Adjust the amount to your taste; 15 ml is a good place to start.
