Ritz Cocktail
Ingredients
- Cognac22.5 ml
- Orange liqueur, like Cointreau15 ml
- Maraschino liqueur7.5 ml
- Lemon juice7.5 ml
- Champagne, brut, to top60 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Flamed orange peel

Method
- Stir the cognac, the orange liqueur, the maraschino and the lemon juice in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and top with the champagne.
- Flame the orange peel over it: hold the peel near a lit match and squeeze, so the oil sparks over the drink.
