- Brown crème de cacao30 ml
- Fresh cream30 ml

Fresh grated nutmeg on top
Description & Prep
Shake the cognac, the crème de cacao and the fresh cream with plenty of ice until well chilled, and strain into the glass. Grate the nutmeg fresh, not the ground kind from a jar. It comes out full bodied and sweet, closer to dessert than drink, with the cognac holding back the sweetness of the liqueur.
