Ingredients
- Cognac30 ml
- Brown crème de cacao30 ml
- Fresh cream30 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Fresh grated nutmeg on top

Method
- Shake the cognac, the crème de cacao and the cream with plenty of ice, until well chilled.
- Strain into the glass.
- Grate the nutmeg fresh over the top.
About
Full bodied and sweet, closer to dessert than drink, with the cognac holding back the sweetness of the liqueur. Nutmeg grated fresh, not the ground kind from a jar.
