Brandy Crusta
Ingredients
- Brandy52.5 ml
- Maraschino liqueur7.5 ml
- Orange curaçao, 1 bar spoon5 ml
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml
- , 1 bar spoon5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dashes
- Ice
Garnish
Sugar rim and a whole orange peel lining the inside of the glass

Method
- Rub a citrus slice around the rim of the glass and dip it in sugar.
- Line the inside of the glass with a whole orange peel, cut in one long spiral.
- Stir the cognac, the maraschino, the curaçao, the lemon juice, the syrup and the bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
