Ingredients
- Cognac50 ml
- Orange liqueur20 ml
- Lemon juice20 ml

Optional sugar rim and an orange peel twist
Description & Prep
Sugar the rim of the glass, if you want. Shake the cognac, the orange liqueur and the lemon juice with ice and strain into the chilled glass. Orange peel on top. Tart, with the cognac bringing the warmth and the orange bringing the sweetness. Well balanced and short.
