Ingredients
- Cognac50 ml
- Orange liqueur20 ml
- Lemon juice20 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Optional sugar rim and an orange peel twist

Method
- Sugar the rim of the glass, if you want.
- Shake the cognac, the orange liqueur and the lemon juice with ice.
- Strain into the chilled glass and put the orange peel on top.
