Ingredients
- Apple brandy60 ml
- Lemon juice30 ml
- Grenadine20 ml
- Ice

Method
- Add the apple brandy, the lemon juice and the grenadine to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a well chilled coupe.
- Finish with the lemon twist.

A New Jersey classic from the early 1900s: the brandy's apple against the pink of the grenadine, dry enough not to cloy.
