Gold Rush
Ingredients
- Bourbon60 ml
- Lemon juice22.5 ml
- Honey, as a syrup, 3 parts honey to 1 part hot water22.5 ml
- Ice
- Large ice cube
Flavor
Sweet, Citrusy
Method
- Stir the honey into the hot water until it dissolves and let it cool.
- Shake the bourbon, the lemon juice and the honey syrup with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.
