Ingredients
- Bourbon30 ml
- Amaro Nonino30 ml
- Aperol30 ml
- Lemon juice30 ml
- Ice

Method
- Shake the four equal parts with ice.
- Strain into the chilled glass and serve it bare.
About
Bourbon, Amaro Nonino, Aperol and lemon in matching measures. Created in Chicago in 2008 and named after an M.I.A. song. The amaro is what holds back the Aperol's sweetness, so swapping it for another throws the whole thing off.
