Ingredients

• Bourbon30 ml
• Amaro Nonino30 ml
• Aperol30 ml
• Lemon juice30 ml

Description & Prep

Four equal parts of bourbon, Amaro Nonino, Aperol and lemon juice. Shake with ice, strain into the chilled glass and serve it bare. It was created in Chicago in 2008 and named after an M.I.A. song. The amaro is what holds back the sweetness of the Aperol, so swapping it for any other amaro throws the whole thing off.
