Mint Julep
Ingredients
- Bourbon60 ml
- 10 ml
- Mint leaves8 leaves
- Crushed ice
Garnish
Large mint bouquet in mounded crushed ice

Method
- Put the mint and the syrup in the julep cup and muddle gently, just to release the aroma.
- Fill with crushed ice, add the bourbon and stir until the cup frosts on the outside.
- Top with more crushed ice until it forms a mound.
- Put the mint bouquet on top and serve with a straw.
About
Drink through the straw, close to the mint. Strong and very cold.
