Mint Julep
Ingredients
- Bourbon60 ml
- Sugar syrup10 ml
- Mint leaves8 leaves
Garnish
Large mint bouquet in mounded crushed ice
Description & Prep
Put the mint and the syrup in the julep cup and muddle gently, just to release the aroma. Fill with crushed ice, add the bourbon and stir until the cup frosts on the outside. Top with more crushed ice until it forms a mound and add the mint bouquet. Drink through the straw, close to the mint. Strong and very cold.
