Boulevardier
Ingredients
- Bourbon45 ml
- Campari30 ml
- Sweet red vermouth30 ml
- Large ice cube
Garnish
Orange peel twist
Flavor

Method
- Put one big ice cube in the rocks glass.
- Add the bourbon, the Campari and the sweet red vermouth.
- Stir about 20 seconds.
- Squeeze the orange peel over the top.
About
It's the negroni with bourbon instead of gin. It comes out warmer and rounder, and the Campari's bitterness gets easier to take.
