Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
- Bourbon50 ml
- Lemon juice25 ml
- 20 ml
- Egg white, optional15 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Cocktail cherry and orange peel

Method
- Shake everything without ice, so the egg white whips up.
- Add the ice and shake again, until it's properly cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Wait for the foam to settle and add the cherry and the orange peel.
About
Tart from the lemon, sweet from the syrup and the bourbon in the middle, with the foam making it all softer.
