Wildest Redhead
Ingredients
- Blended Scotch45 ml
- Fresh lemon juice22.5 ml
- , 3 parts honey to 1 part water by volume15 ml
- Allspice dram7.5 ml
- Cherry liqueur, Cherry Heering; add last, without shaking it with the other ingredients7.5 ml

Method
- Add the blended Scotch, lemon juice, rich honey syrup and allspice dram to a shaker. Set the Cherry Heering aside.
- Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice cubes.
- Slowly pour the Cherry Heering over the ice, letting it sink to the bottom. Do not stir afterward.
About
Scotch, lemon and honey with allspice. Cherry Heering is added last and sinks to form a red base. This presentation uses ice cubes; the source calls for one large cube.
