About
A house original from The Dead Rabbit in New York: an update of an 1892 recipe with kümmel, absinthe and a celery shrub. Herbal, dry, nothing obvious. Kümmel supplies the spice notes while celery shrub adds acidity. The shrub is not plain celery juice; swapping them changes the balance.
