Mermaid Parade
Ingredients
- Aperol45 ml
- Marie-Framboise, Pasquet; do not automatically substitute raspberry liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh grapefruit juice22.5 ml
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml
- 15 ml
- Egg white1 pc
- Soda water, Kooler serving guide; top to taste, as the source specifies no volume30 ml
- Ice, for shaking only
Flavor
Citrusy, Refreshing
Method
- Combine everything except soda and ice in a shaker.
- Dry shake without ice for about 15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake again until chilled.
- Strain into a short Collins without ice. Slowly top with soda.
About
A light, fruity citrus fizz. Marie-Framboise brings raspberry to Aperol; egg white creates the foam. The 30 ml soda measure is a Kooler serving guide, not a fixed source quantity.
