Ingredients
- Prosecco90 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Club soda30 ml
- Mint leaves5 leaves

Description & Prep
Fill a wine glass with ice, add the mint, the elderflower liqueur and the prosecco, and top with club soda. Stir gently and finish with the lime wheel. It's floral, sweet and very light, without Aperol's bitterness. For anyone who wants a softer spritz.
