- Aperol60 ml
- Club soda30 ml
- Ice

Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the prosecco, then the Aperol and the club soda last.
- Stir once, gently, and put the orange wheel inside.
About
Bitter orange, sweet and fizzy, with little alcohol. Made for drinking late in the afternoon, preferably more than one.
