Gin and Tonic
Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Tonic water150 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Lime wheel on the rim

Method
- Fill the glass with ice right to the top.
- Add the gin.
- Top with cold tonic, pouring slowly down the side to keep the fizz.
- Stir once and put the lime wheel on top.
About
The more ice the better: it melts less and the drink stays cold to the end.
