Negroni
Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Campari30 ml
- Sweet red vermouth30 ml
- Large ice cube
Garnish
Orange peel twist on the rim

Method
- Put one big ice cube in the rocks glass.
- Add the three equal parts: gin, Campari and sweet red vermouth.
- Stir with a bar spoon about 20 seconds.
- Squeeze the orange peel over the top and drop it in.
About
Bitter from the Campari, sweet from the vermouth, and the gin holding it all together. It hits fast, so respect it.
