Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Lemon juice15 ml
- Sugar syrup10 ml
- Brut sparkling wine60 ml

Description & Prep
Shake the gin, the lemon juice and the syrup with ice and strain into a flute. Top with cold sparkling wine and squeeze the lemon peel over it. It's tart, fizzy and stronger than it looks, because of the gin hiding under the bubbles.
