Gin & It
Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Sweet vermouth30 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Lemon twist
Flavor
Sweet, Herbal
Method
- Put the gin and the sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a well chilled coupe, no ice.
- Finish with the lemon twist.
