Gin & It
Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Sweet vermouth30 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Lemon twist

Method
- Put the gin and the sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a well chilled coupe, no ice.
- Finish with the lemon twist.
About
The 1880s "sweet Martini", a favorite of Milk & Honey founder Sasha Petraske: just gin and sweet vermouth, two to one, nothing else. The “It” refers to Italian vermouth, here sweet red vermouth. Dry vermouth turns the combination into a different Martini style.
