Description & Prep
Stir the gin, the sweet vermouth and a short measure of fernet in a mixing glass with ice and strain into the chilled glass. The fernet goes in light, but it gives a bitter herbal edge that holds back the vermouth's sweetness. Straightforward and strong, no middle ground.
