Yellow Jacket
Ingredients
- Reposado tequila, preferably Partida Reposado60 ml
- Elderflower liqueur, St-Germain30 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse22.5 ml
- Orange bitters, preferably Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 61 dash
- Ice

Method
- Add the reposado tequila, elderflower liqueur, yellow Chartreuse and orange bitters to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice and stir for about 40 revolutions, until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe without ice.
- Express the lemon peel over the drink and add the twist to the glass.
