Naked & Famous
Ingredients
- Mezcal, ideally Del Maguey Chichicapa22.5 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse22.5 ml
- Aperol22.5 ml
- Lime juice22.5 ml
- Ice
Flavor
Citrusy, Bitter, Herbal
Method
- Shake everything with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
About
Equal parts, like the Last Word and the Paper Plane, its two parents. The Aperol and the yellow Chartreuse are gentler than their cousins on purpose, so the mezcal smoke comes through.
