Oaxaca Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- Reposado tequila45 ml
- Mezcal15 ml
- Agave nectar, 1 bar spoon5 ml
- Angostura bitters2 dashes
- Large ice cube
Garnish
Flamed orange peel
Flavor
Sweet, Bitter
Method
- Add the tequila, the mezcal, the agave and the Angostura to a rocks glass.
- Add the large cube and stir until cold.
- Flame the orange peel over it and drop it in.
About
The agave old fashioned that showed American bartenders that tequila and mezcal work in stirred drinks too. It's the most requested drink in Death & Co's history.
