Debbie, Don’t
Ingredients
- Reposado tequila30 ml
- Averna30 ml
- Fresh lemon juice22.5 ml
- Maple syrup15 ml
- Ice

Method
- Add the reposado tequila, Averna, lemon juice and maple syrup to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe. Serve without ice or garnish.
About
Equal measures of Averna and reposado tequila, with lemon and maple syrup. The amaro adds depth, while the maple sweetens without losing the citrus edge.
