Ingredients
- Gin40 ml
- Triple sec30 ml
- Lemon juice20 ml
- Ice

Method
- Shake the gin, the triple sec and the lemon juice with ice, hard.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Squeeze the orange peel over the rim.
About
Same structure as a sidecar, swapping the cognac for gin, so it comes out drier and more citrusy. A hard shake leaves a thin layer of foam on top.
