Description & Prep
Build the Jamaican rum, the lime and the cane juice straight in the glass with plenty of crushed ice. It is a drink that adjusts to taste: top it up with more ice, more juice or a splash of water as you like. Jamaican rum has a funky fermentation backbone that white rum does not, and that is what carries the drink.
