Mojito
Ingredients
- White rum50 ml
- Lime juice25 ml
- Sugar10 g
- Mint leaves10 leaves
- Club soda60 ml

Description & Prep
Muddle the mint gently with the sugar and the lime juice in the bottom of the glass, without shredding the leaves, or it turns bitter. Fill with crushed ice, add the rum and stir. Top with club soda and stir once more. Put the mint bouquet on top, clapping it in your hand first to release the aroma. Refreshing and light, with the rum staying discreet.
