Virgin Mojito
Ingredients
- Lime juice25 ml
- Sugar10 g
- Mint leaves10 leaves
- Club soda150 ml

Description & Prep
Muddle the mint gently with the sugar and the lime juice in the bottom of the glass, without shredding the leaves. Fill with crushed ice, top with club soda and stir. Mint bouquet on top. It's the mojito without the rum, and it doesn't lose as much as you'd think: what refreshes is the mint and the lime.
