Passion Fruit Tonic

- Passion fruit pulp40 ml
- Tonic water120 ml

Description & Prep
Put the passion fruit pulp in a wine glass with ice and top with cold tonic, pouring slowly. Stir gently to mix it without losing the fizz. Rosemary sprig on top. The bitterness of the tonic with the sourness of the passion fruit works better than it sounds. No alcohol, and it doesn't come off as juice.
