Ingredients
- Old Tom gin40 ml
- Maraschino liqueur10 ml
- Fresh lemon juice10 ml
- Orange bitters2 dashes
- Ice

Lemon zest and a cocktail cherry

Method
- Shake the Old Tom gin, the maraschino, the lemon juice and the orange bitters with ice.
- Strain into the glass over ice.
- Finish with the lemon peel and the cherry.
About
Old Tom gin is sweeter than regular dry gin, so the drink comes out rounder, without the tartness cutting through as much as in a daiquiri.
