Carajillo
Ingredients
- Licor 4350 ml
- Fresh espresso50 ml
- Ice
Garnish
2-3 grãos de café inteiros, para decorar
Method
- Pour the Licor 43 and the espresso into a cocktail shaker. It's important that the espresso is hot, for the thermal shock.
- Add ice and shake well, until a silky foam forms on top.
- Strain into a lowball and serve.

You can have ice in the glass if you want it more diluted, or without it, your call.
