White Russian

Ingredients

• Vodka50 ml
• Coffee liqueur20 ml
• Heavy cream30 ml

Description & Prep

Put ice in a rocks glass, add the vodka and the coffee liqueur, and stir. Pour the cream on top slowly, over the back of a spoon, so it floats instead of mixing in. Whoever's drinking decides whether to stir. Sweet, tasting of coffee, with the texture of dessert.
