Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
- Amaretto60 ml
- Lemon juice25 ml
- 10 ml
- Egg white15 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Cocktail cherry and a lemon wheel

Method
- Shake everything without ice, so the egg white whips up.
- Add the ice and shake again, until it's properly cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Put the cherry and the lemon wheel on top.
About
The amaretto is sweet and tastes of almond, and the lemon is what keeps it from turning into dessert. Easy to like.
