Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
- Amaretto60 ml
- Lemon juice25 ml
- Sugar syrup10 ml
- Egg white15 ml

Description & Prep
Shake everything without ice first, so the egg white whips up, and then with ice until it's properly cold. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Cherry and lemon wheel on top. The amaretto is sweet and tastes of almond, and the lemon is what keeps it from turning into dessert. Easy to like.
