Angel Face

Ingredients

• Gin30 ml
• Apricot brandy30 ml
• Calvados30 ml

Description & Prep

Shake the gin, the apricot brandy and the calvados with ice until well chilled and strain into the chilled glass. The three equal parts hide a drink stronger than it looks: the apricot and the calvados apple sweeten it, but none of the three dilutes the others.
