Psycho Killer
Ingredients
- Irish whiskey, the source uses Redbreast 12-year-old60 ml
- , use the cocoa nib-infused Campari preparation, not coffee liqueur22.5 ml
- White crème de cacao15 ml
- Banana liqueur, the source uses Giffard Banane du Brésil15 ml
- Absinthe2 dashes
- Ice, for stirring only; serve without ice

Method
- Add the Irish whiskey, cocoa nib-infused Campari, white crème de cacao, banana liqueur and absinthe to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass, leaving the ice behind. Serve without garnish.
About
Irish whiskey, banana and cocoa in a strong, bittersweet sip. Cocoa nib-infused Campari deepens the bitterness, while two dashes of absinthe add a hint of anise. Stirred and served without ice in a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
