Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- Hot coffee120 ml
- Sugar, 1 teaspoon1 pc
- Irish whiskey50 ml
- Fresh cream50 ml

Method
- Warm the mug.
- Pour in the hot coffee with the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
- Add the Irish whiskey.
- Pour the chilled cream very slowly over the back of a spoon, so it floats without mixing in.
About
Drink it through the layer of cream, without stirring again. It's the only one on the list served hot, and it doubles as dessert.
