Midnight Marauder
Ingredients
- Mezcal, the source uses Del Maguey Vida30 ml
- Bonal Gentiane-Quina30 ml
- Cynar30 ml
- Mole bitters, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole, with cocoa and spices1 dash
- Ice
Flavor
Sweet, Bitter, Herbal
Method
- Add the mezcal, Bonal, Cynar and mole bitters to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe. Serve without ice or garnish.
About
A smoky relative of the Negroni: equal parts mezcal, Bonal and Cynar. Mole bitters add cocoa and spice to the herbal bitterness.
