Love & Murder
Ingredients
- Campari30 ml
- Green Chartreuse30 ml
- Fresh lime juice, freshly squeezed lime30 ml
- , 1 part sugar to 1 part water22.5 ml
- , 5 parts water to 1 part salt by weight4 drops
- Ice
Flavor
Citrusy, Bitter, Herbal
Method
- Add the Campari, green Chartreuse, lime juice, simple syrup and four drops of saline to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe. Serve without ice or garnish.
About
Campari and green Chartreuse share the base, with lime to cut through the sweetness. Four drops of saline round out the bitterness without making the drink taste salty.
