Ingredients
- Bourbon, the source uses Wild Turkey 101, at 50.5% ABV45 ml
- Campari22.5 ml
- Sweet red vermouth, the source uses 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso22.5 ml
- Chocolate bitters3 dashes
- Ice
Garnish
One brandied cherry

Method
- Add the bourbon, Campari, sweet red vermouth and chocolate bitters to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe, leaving the ice behind.
- Garnish with one brandied cherry.
About
Bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth, with chocolate bitters adding a hint of cocoa. Strong and bitter, with the vermouth softening each sip.
