Bramble
Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Lemon juice25 ml
- 12.5 ml
- Crème de mûre15 ml
- Ice
- Crushed ice
Garnish
Lemon slice and blackberries

Method
- Shake the gin, the lemon juice and the syrup with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass packed with crushed ice.
- Pour the blackberry liqueur over the top in a slow circle and let it sink through the ice on its own.
- Finish with the lemon wheel and the blackberries.
About
The liqueur sinking on its own is what draws the purple trail the drink is known for, so pouring everything together ruins the effect. Created in London in the 1980s, it's one of the few modern drinks that already counts as a classic.
