About
A descendant of the Manhattan from the early 1900s, it nearly disappeared when Amer Picon became hard to find in the US. Worth hunting down the real thing: no substitute is quite the same. Dry vermouth and Amer Picon distinguish this version from a Manhattan. A small measure of maraschino complements the base.
