Rich honey syrup (3:1)
Much less diluted than regular honey syrup: more honey, less water. Sweetens without watering down the drink when a recipe calls for just a little.
Ingredients
- Honey510 g
- Water120 ml
Method
- The ratio is 3:1 by volume: 360 ml honey to 120 ml water. The 510 g of honey below is an approximate conversion; density varies.
- Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, and stir until the honey fully dissolves. It doesn't need to boil.
- Take it off the heat, let it cool to room temperature before using it, and keep it in a tightly sealed bottle or jar.
