Dog Water vermouth

Spice-infused dry vermouth for the Dirty Dog Martini.

Ingredients

• Nutmeg2.5 ml
• Onion powder2.5 ml
• Coriander seeds1.25 ml
• Cumin seeds1.25 ml
• Dry vermouth750 ml

Method

1. Add the nutmeg, onion powder, coriander seeds and cumin seeds to the dry vermouth.
2. Cap and leave to infuse in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Strain through a coffee filter, discard the solids and keep in a capped bottle. Label with the name and preparation date.
