Cocoa nib-infused Campari
A short cocoa infusion for the Psycho Killer. Use nibs, not cocoa powder.
Ingredients
- Campari500 ml
- Cocoa nibs10 g
Method
- Combine the nibs and Campari in a clean jar, cover and infuse for 1 hour.
- Strain out the nibs and bottle. Use a coffee filter if particles remain.
Yield
Slightly under 500 ml after straining
Keeps
Keep sealed away from light and heat. Make small batches.
